Phillip Hawkins, LCSW
About me
I am licensed in Texas with 20 years of professional work experience as a psychotherapist. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, LGBTQIA-related issues, parenting issues, & depression. I also have many years experience helping clients address process addictions such as porn and/or sexual compulsive behaviors. My approach is client centered. This means I allow time for clients to state their concerns and needs, rather than following a rigid predetermined modality or method. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I work to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared confidentially and without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

I like the fact that he is a former pastor, so I have that foundation is key. I like the the fact that he has a wealth of experience he can share.
