About me
Thanks so much for filling me in on what you are currently struggling with. You certainly do have some tough choices ahead of you, so I can see why you are feeling a bit lost. Hopefully, through our work together, you will be able to decide what choice makes the most sense for you. I appreciate you telling me a bit about what has worked well in previous counseling, and will keep this in mind as we get started.
I wanted to take a moment to let you know a bit about my general availability and frequency of responding. I encourage you to write as often and as much as you like - this room is open 24 hours a day, seven days per week. I typically respond to all messages within 24 hours. The only exception is the weekend, when I usually take one day off. If there is a message you would like me to respond to sooner, please mark it as urgent, and I will get back to you as quickly as I can. It is also possible to schedule a live video, phone, or chat session - if you click on the schedule tab on the left-hand side of the page, you can see what times I have available. These sessions will last 30 - 45 minutes.
Another great feature of this site is the option for me to assign you a variety of worksheets to help the therapeutic process. I would like to start out with a goals worksheet, to make sure that we have a shared understanding of what you would like help with. I look forward to your response!

The first impression I have of Debbie is that she is a down-to-earth and experienced therapist. I look forward to chatting with her and feel that she is a great listener. She has provided me with some great after-session worksheets that help me work on my issues. It is easy to recommend her, especially if you need someone that will guide you in a Christian way!
