Fiona is just brilliant very approachable open minded non judgemental, she creates a route way to exploring feels and challenging thoughts and has given me plenty of tools to sail through my challenges. I'm very happy.

In sessions with Fiona I feel heard. There is no better feeling in the world. She asks that I challenge her if I ever feel like she missed a point and there has not been a time that that has happened.
I trust her professionalism and her methods. I look forward to continuing sessions with her.

Fiona is a great therapist! She listens carefully and manages to hear beyond words and to see through facades. She somehow manages to feel my energy and spot exactly what's going on, even if I don't know it. And if she doesn't from the first few sentences I say, then asks the questions that flip my mind around and we both start seeing what it is.
The main greatness is that once she knows what's going on, she addresses it straight away; names it, validates feelings, and provides relevant help. There were times, especially at the beginning of our work together, when I needed mostly emotional support, and there were also situations that I needed some particular help with and Fiona provided me with tools.
She is a very charming person, who creates a trusting and warm atmosphere from the very first session. And you can also feel she's an experienced professional in every detail of her work - from the way she handles the official parts, to a variety of perspectives and tools she uses to address your situations.
All in all, I feel like I'm in very good hands every time I meet with Fiona.

She is empathetic and resourceful and attentive. She doesn't just stick to one approach and she tailors the session and the treatment to you. She helps you set your goals and be able to leave the session with helpful tools. She sends helpful matrial to see and do. Most of the time, she helps me end my session with good energy which is amazing, especially with what I'm going through. I have nothing but good to say about her. She is definitely the best therapist I've had.
