I have had 3 sessions with Emma and they have improved the way I look on my worries and how I handle challenging situations. I feel there's a lot more to work on but having Emma on my team brings optimism about both the process and the outcome. Apart from being a game-changer Emma is also professional, punctual, resourceful ,kind and lovely to speak to.
Thank you, Emma.

Emma gives me the space to discuss my thoughts and feelings without judgement and without worry. She's helped me to feel like my feelings are valid but also to begin to understand the actions of those around me. She is kind and thoughtful and she's offered me practical things to do when I am feeling anxious.

Emma creates a safe environment which makes it easy to open up. She is definitely a good and attentive listener. We are however still at the beginning of our journey. Nevertheless she is a really friendly and nice person.
