About me

Belly Elisabeth comes from a background in media and communication but her driving ambition is to help others lead her to pursue a carrier in Psychology. Currently Belly is a doctorate candidate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy with Middlesex University, she holds a MSc in Psychology from Manchester Metropolitan University, and a certificate in Humanistic Therapies and Existential Counselling from the Existential Academy-NSPC together and a life coach certificate from the Coaching Training Institute.

Belly’s treatment focuses on helping people to reach their full potential, feel fulfilled, and help them make sense of their world and manage their suffering. She offers healing and personal development to her clients through her open, non-judgmental, and empathic approach, by providing a safe therapeutic environment in which to address issues empowering growth, self-discovery and authenticity.
She employs an Integrative approach that includes Existential therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic.

Her clinical experience includes working with a diverse population and range of issues, such as domestic violence, trauma issues, couples, anxiety, depression, and divorce. She also offers Christian counselling.
As a French citizen, she is also able to offer therapy in French.
